Industrial NDT – Casting
The casting industry is an important and irreplaceable part of today’s manufacturing and production. Fatal defects often lead directly to the scrap of the whole. The traditional manual inspection costs a long time with high risk and no unified standards. The application of X-rays can detect the tiny differences between different castings, improve inspection efficiency, and do a full check.
Industrial NDT – Food
X-ray imaging can also be used to detect foreign objects inside foods, including fish, seafood, meats, fruits and vegetables, pet food and beverages, among others.
The food X-ray detection system can be applied to a variety of packaging forms such as glass bottling, can, bulk, which effectively detects glass, stone, metal, rubber, bone and other types of foreign objects that are mixed in the package. The system is practical, real-time, and has obvious technical advantages.
Ore Sorting
Separators works by identifying ore grades via the X-ray and removing low-grade ore via the air blowout. X-ray technology is strong in ore sorting: it reduces the processing costs for downstream procedures, increases ore resources and reduces manpower dependence.
